Roles and Responsibilities

* Responsible to play an important role between clients and the company

* Work with Team Leaders on understanding of client’s requirements

* Have an active client facing role, whilst managing specific key clients and helping them understand the investment and buying process

* Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business and opportunities

* Establish and maintain good relationship / rapport as well as networking with clients

* Ensure each sales transaction process is delivered to the client’s expectations

* Utilize various channels (online networking sites, network events, cold calling etc.) to source for opportunities

* Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

* Any other assigned tasks

Professionals we are looking for:

* 1-2 years of sales experience (Real estate industry related sales will be an added advantage)

* Passionate about sales and face to face engagement with customers

* Ability to think creatively and highly driven

* Target oriented and a team player

* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with different levels of client base

* Bilingual in Mandarin and English
